Hailing from the small village of South River in Northern Ontario, Dylan is an avid sports fan that comes from a working class, blue-collar family and was raised with the idea that nothing in life comes without hard work and dedication. After attending Georgian College for Architectural Technology fresh out of high-school, he went straight into the workforce trying his hand in various construction fields (from bridge construction, home renovations, and agricultural construction) over the next 10 years. 

After working construction in the Tri-city region for the better part of a decade he made the decision to go back to college for Business Marketing at Conestoga College and take his personable personality to the sales side of the workforce, which eventually lead to him getting his Real Estate license and beginning the journey of providing quality service to the Kitchener Waterloo region

Sherri is a seasoned Realtor with a wealth of experience in residential real estate, beginning her full-time career in 1997. Specializing in new construction, she spent more than a decade representing two leading Kitchener-Waterloo home builders and has personally experienced the new build process three times.

Having lived in various neighborhoods across Kitchener, Waterloo, Roseville, and Ayr, Sherri knows the Waterloo Region inside and out. Now residing just outside the region in Oxford County, she’s also well-acquainted with the Woodstock area.

Following a hiatus from the real estate industry, Sherri has found her perfect home with The Riz Team and Royal LePage Wolle Realty, Brokerage. She is proud to work alongside a successful, established team and a local brokerage that shares her values and sense of community.

With a long-standing interest in real estate, Alex thrives behind the scenes, managing the complex details while crafting engaging content for the team’s social media platforms. Outside of work, Alex enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, diving into a good book, or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
