Nicole grew up in a hard working family. She was taught there is no reason to miss a day of work, and to also put in long hours to be successful. With this motivation, Nicole received a diploma in Business Administration Management Studies from Conestoga College. From there she went on to managing a small team in a salon for about 6 years, and it was there that she realized her talent and love for sales and customer service. With the support and well wishes of family and friends, Nicole decided to hit the books once again, while balancing being on maternity leave with her newborn son, and was able to complete one of her greatest achievements, obtaining her Real Estate license.
With extensive customer care experience, Nicole has learned that understanding the needs of her clients is her number one priority. Nicole keeps up to date with today’s evolving technology to offer a well rounded service to you. She strives to explain every stage of the process so you are comfortable during what is most likely, the biggest transaction in your life.

Jenna Caicco

Jenna grew up in northern Ontario with Lake Superior on her doorstep. Following high-school, she opted for school in Italy—where her passion for travel ignited, having many opportunities at her fingertips.
After many adventures, Jenna returned to Canada and shifted gears from University to enrolling in a Fashion Management course with successful achievement. At that time, she made the decision to live in Toronto and pursue her Hon. Business degree, finishing at the top of her class. While going to school, Jenna worked in the hospitality industry which involved VIP service at the Thompson Hotel. While there, she excelled at anticipating customer wants and needs and was often called on by personal request for special events.
Every job, travel destination and relocation increased Jenna’s experience in customer service at varying levels and these interactions provided the greatest reward: satisfaction.
Jenna has a strong ability to connect with people—always willing to go the extra mile to give a helping hand. With her strong background in both creative and business worlds, she has a solid supporting cast as a realtor.
Dylan McComiskey

Hailing from the small village of South River in Northern Ontario, Dylan is an avid sports fan that comes from a working class, blue-collar family and was raised with the idea that nothing in life comes without hard work and dedication. After attending Georgian College for Architectural Technology fresh out of high-school, he went straight into the workforce trying his hand in various construction fields (from bridge construction, home renovations, and agricultural construction) over the next 10 years.
After working construction in the Tri-city region for the better part of a decade he made the decision to go back to college for Business Marketing at Conestoga College and take his personable personality to the sales side of the workforce, which eventually lead to him getting his Real Estate license and beginning the journey of providing quality service to the Kitchener Waterloo region
Renata Danelon Tavares

Renata comes to us with a medical background as an RN at Grand River Hospital since 2015. Renata has been looking forward to a career in real estate for many years and will offer a great duty of care to her clients that can reflect from her current career in helping people as a nurse.
