Please complete the form below if you are interested in registering your name for a purchasing appointment for this limited new release of homes

 Please note that due to the limited number of homes being sold, registration DOES NOT guarantee a purchasing appointment will be received. Submissions will be accepted until Sunday, Febraury 27 at 11:59 PM. Only one Google form will be accepted per purchaser and per household. Duplicate or incomplete registrations will be removed.

If you completed a registration form for releases 1, 2 and 3 of Tussler West this form is no longer eligible. We ask that you please submit a new registration form to be considered for this release. This registration form will let our Sales Representatives know that you are interested in a home in release 4 of Trussler West.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Once you have completed the form below and you receive our price list and floor plans you need to keep the following in mind:

1. We will submit the Google Form Registration on your behalf including your information (please do not complete a separate google form on your end as your registration will be disqualified) Only 1 Google Form per person & per household is required for registration
2. From the floor plans please choose multiple floor plan preferences as selection will be determined on the remaining availability at the time of your purchasing appointment.

Submissions are NOT selected on a first-come, first-serve basis. All submissions will be evaluated by Activa. Please ensure you take your time filling out the form and submit all requested documentation.

NOTE: A MORTGAGE PRE-APPROVAL IS MANDATORY TO PURCHASE A HOME IN TRUSSLER WEST.

If you are selected for a purchasing appointment, you will be contacted by a representative of Activa in the coming weeks to schedule the appointment. Activa will schedule purchasing appointments until all lots are sold in this release. If you do not receive a purchasing appointment but are still interested in a future release, Activa will provide them with an opportunity to re-express interest.

What are the closing dates? Closing dates for Release 4 of Trussler West range from April to August 2023. 

What is the deposit structure? Your client will be required to provide a cheque in the amount of $5,000.00 at the purchasing appointment in order to secure a lot. At firm, the purchaser will need to provide 10% of the purchase price, less the $5,000 deposit.
