This page will guide you through the various models which are available as well, you can review the site plan, price lists and various standard features.

Your respective Team Agent will be in touch with you via email; in order for us to complete the online registration starting on January 14, 2022, we will require you to complete a Buyers Agency Representation Form which you can preview in the link provided below; we will need to submit this form with the online registration and it only applies to this Vista Hills release of homes.

Your Team Agent will be submitting your application on your behalf to Activa, please ensure you are not submitting a second request as duplicates will be declined.

Submissions are NOT selected on a first-come, first-serve basis. All submissions will be evaluated by Activa.

Submissions will be accepted until Sunday, January 16th at 11:59 PM 2022.

Only one Google form will be accepted per purchaser and per household. Duplicate or incomplete registrations will be removed.

NOTE: A MORTGAGE PRE-APPROVAL IS MANDATORY TO PURCHASE A HOME IN VISTA HILLS.
